Notification Types

- Job updated: Changes to job details or schedule
- Job started: Team member has begun work
- Job completed: Work has been finished
- Job overdue: Past the scheduled completion time

How Notifications Work

- Notification generated: Dingo Desk creates a push notification
- Delivered instantly: Notification appears on your device
- Tap to navigate: Tap the notification to go directly to the relevant screen
Deep Linking
Section titled “Deep Linking”Notifications are intelligent — tapping them navigates directly to the relevant content:
- Job assigned → Opens the job details
- Incident reported → Opens the incident report
- Inspection shared → Opens the inspection report
- Report generated → Opens the PDF report
