Jobs can be created in two ways:

  • Ad-hoc: Create a job from scratch with all the details
  • From Template: Select a pre-configured job template with tasks, sections, and schedules

Jobs progress through clear statuses:

  • Draft: Not yet ready to assign
  • Scheduled: Assigned with a date/time
  • In Progress: Team member has started work
  • Completed: Work finished and reported
  • Cancelled: Job no longer required
  • Overdue: Past the scheduled completion date

Find any job quickly with:

  • Search by customer name, job type, or location
  • Filter by status (In Progress, Pending, Completed, Overdue)
  • View job history for any customer

Save jobs as drafts and come back to them later. Perfect for when you need to gather more information before publishing.

  • Ongoing Jobs: Currently in progress
  • Pending Jobs: Scheduled but not started
