Section titled “Timesheet Dashboard”The timesheet dashboard shows:
- All completed jobs with duration
- Filter by individual team members
- Date range filtering (from/to)
- Search by job title or customer

Viewing Timesheets
Section titled “Viewing Timesheets”By Team Member
Section titled “By Team Member”Filter timesheets to see an individual’s work:
- Select a team member from the user picker
- View all jobs they’ve completed in the selected date range
- See total hours worked
By Date Range
Section titled “By Date Range”Narrow down the view:
- Set a “from” date
- Set a “to” date
- Timesheets update automatically based on the range
Searching
Section titled “Searching”Find specific entries:
- Search by job title
- Search by customer name
- Results appear instantly
Timesheet Details
Section titled “Timesheet Details”Each timesheet entry shows:
- Job title: The job that was completed
- Customer: Who the work was for
- Team member: Who performed the work
- Duration: Total time spent (formatted as hours:minutes)
- Date: When the work occurred

Exporting Timesheet Data
Section titled “Exporting Timesheet Data”Timesheet data can be used for:
- Payroll: Calculate hours worked by team member
- Invoicing: Support billable hours with accurate records
- Reporting: Analyse team productivity

- Filter by team member for individual performance reviews
