Rich Text Editor - Format Field Service Documentation
The rich text editor allows you to create formatted documentation within Dingo Desk. Use it for notes, inspection descriptions, incident reports, and any other text content.

Using the Editor

AI-Powered Formatting
Section titled “AI-Powered Formatting”Dingo Desk includes AI-assisted formatting features:
- Select text and apply formatting with AI suggestions
- Automatically structure notes for clarity

Markdown Support
Section titled “Markdown Support”The editor supports Markdown syntax:
**bold**→ bold*italic*→ italic`code`→code[link](url)→ link- list item→ list item
This means you can type formatted content quickly without using toolbar buttons, making it perfect for fast-paced field work.
